Researching and developing curricula for culture volunteers & managers in sparsely populated areas
The SPAR Project involves six partners from across Europe working together to research and develop innovative and sustainable approaches to training and skill-sharing to enable citizens in sparsely-populated areas to become cultural volunteers, connectors and conveners.
Each country and region has its own unique challenges, advantages and resources. Research is being undertaken to find common ground and ways to share knowledge and best practice to benefit citizens across Europe.
